China has warned there would be "consequences" for the nations that supported jailed Chinese dissident, and Nobel Peace Prize winner, Liu Xiaobo.

The Philippines and Vietnam

Relations between Vietnam and China have been beset by war and border issues, but the two have been working to improve ties since 1990. Vietnam's 2011 business plan has focused on boosting marketing activities in China, an official told VietNamNet.

Another country vying for Chinese tourists and the money that comes with them is the Philippines. Relations with China threatened to sour over the handling of a hostage standoff that resulted in the deaths of Chinese tourists in Manila. Since then tensions have smoothed somewhat, but standing with China on the Nobel Prize issue probably wouldn't hurt relations.
