According to Peace Now, there are more than 11,000 units in this category, bringing the number of units that can be constructed without additional approval to more than 13,000.
Many of the 11,000 are in smaller settlements, further from the Green Line than the largest settlements.

- Tzofim: 1,477
- Avnei Hefetz: 1,467
- Alei Zahav: 746
- Revava: 591
- Tekoa: 525
