Price drop: 6 percent

Average daily rate: $166

A US dollar currently equals about 13 Mexican pesos. Take advantage of those exchange rates to explore Cancun. If traveling on a budget, then visit El Rey Ruins for about $5  per person. Not only are there ruins to see, but tourists will see many iguanas, birds, and other animals. If visitors want to spend a little more, the city recently opened its Underwater Museum of Art, where snorkelers and divers can see hundreds of giant concrete figures forming an artificial reef for about $53 for adults and $27 for children.
