Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.

After one term in the House, Representative Kilroy lost by almost 20 percentage points to Republican Steve Stivers. Ohio’s 15th District has historically been a Republican seat.
Mr. Stivers, a veteran of Ohio politics, lost to Kilroy by a slim margin in 2008, when she became the first Democrat to hold the seat since 1982.
