NCAA tournament: Morehead State joins Top 10 Cinderella teams

One of the most enjoyable things about the NCAA tournament - for basketball fanatics and casual observers alike - is the Cinderella story. This list looks some of the best upsets in NCAA tournament history.

Jacksonville University (1970)

In its first-ever tournament appearance, Jacksonville became the smallest school by enrollment to reach the final round of the tournament with victories over Western Kentucky, Iowa, Kentucky, and St. Bonaventure. In the championship game, however, the Dolphins ran into a brick wall in the form of John Wooden’s UCLA Bruins, who defeated Jacksonville 80-69 for their fourth straight title. UCLA would go on to win six consecutive NCAA titles and 10 over a 12-year period.
