Tony Parker (R) of the San Antonio Spurs holds the MVP trophy with teammate Tim Duncan (L) holding the NBA Championship Larry O'Brien trophy after leading the San Antonio Spurs to their fourth NBA title beating the Cleveland Cavaliers, June 14, 2007, after Game Four of the NBA Finals at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.

The combination of David Robinson and Tim Duncan led the Spurs, a former ABA team, to their first NBA title in 1999. With the help of French guard Tony Parker, a second championship was captured in 2003. Since then, Robinson retired and Duncan has been joined by guard Manu Ginobili in winning two more titles, in 2005 and 2007.
