Known for his left hook, Joe Frazier reigned over the heavyweight division for nearly three years. His 1970 defeat of Jimmy Ellis unified the title as the WBA-WBC-IBF era was dawning. Frazier's 1971 win over Muhammad Ali is still considered by many 'The Fight of the Century.' He would ultimately lose the crown to George Foreman in 1973. When he retired in 1981 after 37 fights, he had 32 wins, including 27 by knock outs.
